Return Policy

We hope you love your Purrble companion! If for any reason you do not, you may return your Purrble companion for a refund within 30 days of receiving your order. We will refund your original payment method when we receive the Purrble companion and process your return.

Conditions and exclusions:

• You are responsible for the cost of return shipping.
• Returned Purrble companions must have no visible signs of wear or use.
• Returned Purrble companions must have tags still on and be returned in the original packaging.
• Refunds are applied to the original payment method and are for the purchase price of the Purrble companion(s) plus applicable sales tax only.

To initiate a return or exchange, please email us at support@purrble.com with the name on the order and your order number, and we will get back to you with next steps!

If you return a Purrble companion that is not in unused condition or without the original box, we will unfortunately be unable to refund your order, and we will mail Purrble companions back to you.
